1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CityVibes (cityvibes.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CityVibes is a directory of WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook group chats and communities for digital nomads, expats, and travelers. We also provide AI-generated weekly summaries of group chat activity to help people discover active communities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CityVibes. If we introduce accounts in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. Paid Plans

CityVibes may offer paid plans in the future. When available, billing terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures will be communicated clearly at the point of purchase.

5. Group Chat Directory

CityVibes lists links to third-party group chats on WhatsApp, Telegram, and other platforms. We do not own, operate, or moderate these group chats. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct within any listed group. Joining a group is at your own risk.

6. AI Summaries

AI summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Summaries are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a complete or authoritative account of group activity. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any summary.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to spam, harass, or abuse others. Scrape or bulk-download data from the platform. Reverse-engineer the AI summary pipeline. Use the service for any illegal purpose. Submit fraudulent or misleading group chat links.

8. Content Submissions

When you submit a group chat link to the directory, you represent that you have the right to share it and that the group is open to new members. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion — including groups that are inactive, spammy, or violate our guidelines.

9. Group & Community Listings

CityVibes lists publicly accessible group chats and communities and may generate AI summaries of their activity. Summaries capture general topics and activity without identifying individual members. We do not collect or store personal data from group members.

Group and community admins who did not submit their group may request removal of their listing and any associated summaries at any time by emailing contact@cityvibes.io. We will process removal requests promptly.

10. Group & Community Admin Submissions

If you submit your group or community via our Add Group form, you acknowledge that CityVibes may generate weekly AI summaries of group activity. For Telegram groups, summaries are generated automatically. For WhatsApp groups and communities, we will coordinate the process with you after approval.

We recommend notifying your members that AI summaries are being generated and published on cityvibes.io.

Group listings and AI summaries are provided as a free service. No compensation is owed to admins, owners, or members for the listing or summarization of group activity.

11. Intellectual Property

The CityVibes name, logo, website design, and AI summary technology are our intellectual property. Group chat names and content belong to their respective owners. You may share links to CityVibes pages but may not reproduce substantial portions of the directory without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

CityVibes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from your use of listed group chats or reliance on AI-generated summaries.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CityVibes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including your use of listed group chats or reliance on AI-generated summaries.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may contact us at contact@cityvibes.io with any questions.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
